The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) is a Federal Government Agency that governs and operates the Ports in Nigeria.  NPA permit is a permit or authorization issued by Nigerian Port Authority(NPA) to individuals, companies, or vessels to operate within Nigerian ports.
